Across 20 years in the Energy Trade and Risk Management industry, I have witnessed both common and unique operational challenges facing natural gas providers. In an intensely competitive market where customers have the upper hand and margins are thin, having worked with so many companies in this industry affords me a unique perspective, one built on day-to-day operational experience from numerous ETRM implementations.
