This Privacy Policy explains how nGenue Software, LLC and its affiliates (“nGenue”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information in connection with:

  • our marketing, communications, and lead-generation activities.

This Privacy Policy is intended primarily for business and professional contacts (e.g., employees of natural gas marketers, producers, utilities, LDCs, pipelines, and related organizations).
