Why Natural Gas Businesses Choose nGenue

Well folks, let me tell you, 2023 is proving to be a HUGE year for us at nGenue. In just the first quarter, our new customer adoption rate blew away the whole of 2022 – and 2022 was a big growth year for us. I gotta say, when you see growth like this, you can’t help but ask, what’s behind it? So, I went ahead and asked my front-line Customer Success team to gather some feedback from our amazing new 2023 users. And here’s what they came back with.

nGenue is the only solution out there.

We hear this a lot, but usually not until after contracting for some reason. Natural Gas companies invest considerable time scouring the market for solutions to serve their operational requirements. They find general purpose products, products built for Power that are claimed to handle Gas, multi-commodity ETRM products that require massive customizations, and plenty of consulting firms willing to build a system from scratch. Instead, experienced nGenue Customer Success professionals seek to identify a fit between business need and nGenue capabilities, prove out those capabilities to the satisfaction of a prospective new nGenue user, then warmly hand-off responsibility for a successful nGenue implementation to a skilled nGenue project team.
