“My Choice Energy, LLC first heard about nGenue at the end of 2019, and we began researching their product and working with them. They did several demonstrations for our team on the many functionalities of the system. Their team was more than happy to schedule multiple meetings and demonstrations so we could get a full understanding of the product and how it would best meet the needs of our company. Once a contract was in place, we were introduced to their implementation team, they were outstanding in moving our data from our old system to the nGenue platform on time and within budget. During the process we experienced a major internal system issue and the nGenue team was glad to jump in and help us resolve the issue. nGenue has had a tremendous impact on our day-to-day retail natural gas operations. The system has streamlined the processes for many of our day-to-day operations from simplifying customer enrollments, file transfers and commissions. nGenue has allowed us to do away with many repetitive spreadsheets and data tracking processes allowing us to focus on activities that can grow our operation.”
