More nGenue User Feedback
Natural Gas Operational Excellence is our company vision. With every customer interaction, we do our best to enable nGenue users to achieve this vision. It’s said customers are ten times as likely to criticize than praise, so we don’t take it personally when we don’t hear from our users every day (or week), but rarely does a month go by when we don’t collect some sort of unsolicited feedback about nGenue software or members of our team.
Recently, we received feedback on both from the same customer within the same email – here it is …
“Hey Ken – We’ve been super busy over here, so I’m going to write less than I actually want to, but I want to personally let you know your software, and even more so, your team is amazing. The thought of not making the change to nGenue when we did is frightening looking where we are today. The software is great, but your team’s attention, responsiveness and knowledge is just simply amazing. Monica, Naresh, Richard, Sandeep and all the work that gets done by the rest of your team never disappoints. Whatever you’re doing over there to enable your team to be so responsive, you’re doing it right. Keep it up and please share this with your team. I’m truly grateful as a user!”
We are grateful for this feedback because the most important report cards are those received from one’s customers; nGenue users like this one. nGenue user feedback, whatever it is, blows wind in our sails to keep doing what we are doing at the highest possible level to enable our users to achieve Natural Gas Operational Excellence, yielding top and bottom-line business benefits, which are the shared business objectives of nGenue and its customers.
